Main Lodge Bookings

A 50% deposit is charged at the time of the booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at checkout. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance (i.e. cash or a different credit card) please present it at check in.

Cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a Full Refund less 10% handling charges. Cancellations between 21 and 8 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival and No Shows  forfeit deposit and will not receive a refund.

Cottage Bookings

Cottage bookings have a 2 night minimum requirement and a 3 night minimum during holiday weekends. A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at checkout. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance (i.e. cash or a different credit card) please present it at check in.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you require a late check out, please inform the front desk with an accurate exit time. We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to late check outs.  Checking out after 1pm will incur the full cost of the cottage for the following night as we will not have time to reset.

Cleaning and linen change is available upon request with advance notice.

Arrival / Departure
  • Check-in time is between 3 PM and 8PM; late arrival requires prior arrangement with Inn staff.
  • Check-out time is 11 AM
  • Advance notice is required if you will be departing prior to 8 AM. Guests will not be refunded for early check-out.
  • If you have a late check out, please inform the front desk with an accurate exit time. We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to late check outs.  Checking out after 1pm will incur the full cost of the room/cottage for the following night as we will not have time to reset.
  • Losing or not returning keys will result on a $35 fee.
Additional Occupants

Our Main Lodge rooms are intended double occupancy. Please inquire if your group has more than two adults, or if you will be traveling with children. A cot can be set up, pending availability, but not all rooms can accommodate an additional occupant. Fees apply: $25 per night per child, $75 per adult.

Holiday Weekends

All holiday weekends will run on weekend rates and a 3 night minimum is required. This applies to the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs and advance notice is required; not all rooms are ideal for pets.

Dogs must be on-leash at all times within the building and furnished porch areas.

Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the room. If your pup is a loud barker while unattended, you may not leave them behind. Be considerate of your neighbors.

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $35 per night, per dog will be charged. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for damages caused to our property. If accidents occur, please clean up after your pups.

We have doggie bags, bowls and beds in case you forget yours!

Smoking

Smoking and lighting candles indoors are strictly prohibited. A fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card if evidence of either is discovered. Please ask our front desk about our designated smoking areas. We thrive to keep a clean and healthy environment for all guests.  Please discard cigaret butts properly and not inside the fire pit or green areas.
