As part of our visiting winemaker dinner series, we will be featuring Xavier Amirault of Domaine Amirault. Located in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil in the Loire Valley, his winery focuses on the biodynamic principles of winemaking and farming. He will be guiding us through six of his wines while also revealing his methodology and inspirations.
We’ll start off the evening on top of the mountain, enjoying the view with some fine bubbly. Then we head off back to the restaurant, for a family style dinner and more wine.
