The well-being of our guests and community is our main priority. Please stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms
- All guests staying at the Inn and/or dining with us at the restaurant have to be fully vaccinated
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and photo ID are required to be shown upon arrival at the Inn
- Wash your hands often and utilize hand sanitizing dispensers throughout the property.
- Masks are highly encouraged in all shared spaces.
The Main Lodge is open seven days a week for hotel reservations; with a two night minimum for weekends, and a three night minimum stay for holidays. Our cottage, Tuckaway has a two night minimum week-round.
Breakfast is provided daily as an extension of the hotel, but please note that our restaurant is closed Monday through Wednesday. Dinner reservations are available from 5 – 8:45 p.m. Thursday-Sunday. We do not serve lunch or offer take-out at this time.
GUEST ROOMS, CHECK-IN + CHECK OUT
Payment for all guest rooms will be paid in full at the time of booking. Our cottage Tuckaway requires a fifty percent deposit.
Guests will be required to sign and acknowledge a Covid Waiver and Release upon arrival at Deer Mountain Inn. Along with presenting proof of vaccination status and a photo ID.
You will receive a detailed email in advance of your stay with all the information you will need for the duration of your time with us.
Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with cleaning products and protocols meeting current EPA guidelines.
Tidy services are currently by request only and depending upon staffing. Please contact the front desk to check for availability and arrangements. For additional linens and towels, please reach out to our reception staff.
Breakfast is included in your stay and served daily from 8 to 10:30 a.m. in the dining room.
Please be sure to hand your key to a front desk attendant during check-out. There is a $35 fee for lost keys. The credit card on file will be charged for any incidentals incurred during your stay.
We will email you a final receipt within 24 hours of check-out.

Monday – Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday – Sunday, 8 a.m to 9 p.m.

Our staff are frequently cleaning and sanitizing all public areas including the lobby, bathrooms, dining and seating areas, doorknobs, and handrails.
We have 200+ acres of beautiful mountain land for R+R and exploration!
The Deer Mountain Inn Restaurant and Bar will be operating Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays by reservations only. We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time. Service hours of operation are subject to change. We currently do not offer takeout.
