Join us as we host a book release party for Andrew Friedman’s new book “Chefs, Drugs, and Rock & Roll: How Food Lovers, Free Spirits, Misfits, and Wanderers Created a New American Profession.” Celebrated chef, David Waltuck, former owner of Chanterelle and Elan, will be cooking alongside Deer Mountain Inn’s Chef Ryan Tate to create and celebrate true American cooking. Andrew (@toquelandandrew) and David will share tales about the cooking industry of the 70’s and 80’s and read excerpts from the book.
